A personalized, data-driven design solution that used user insights to create a Wrapped experience in a full-screen story format, demonstrating how users could design their own Wrapped campaigns.
The Challenge
We wanted to inspire users to discover more features on our platform and enhance feature adoption. The challenge was creating a personalized experience that both showcased unused features and provided value, similar to Spotify Wrapped.
Research & Insights
I collaborated with the team to determine which user data would be most impactful. Through segmentation and user insights, I focused on crafting personalized experiences that resonated with users’ behaviors. User property features allowed me to present custom content, optimizing user engagement.
Design Process
Starting with Figma, I designed visually engaging Stories, keeping personalization and user interaction at the core. A key challenge was working with data boundaries to ensure precise placement in our dynamic templates. Through segmentation, I customized Stories to different user types, creating targeted and relevant experiences.
Outcome & Impact
Storyly Wrapped was a huge success, not only driving feature adoption but also inspiring users to create their own Wrapped experiences for their apps. Feedback from users was overwhelmingly positive, and the interactive, data-driven Stories fostered deeper engagement.
